It looks like Blu-ray may become a hit with J6P faster than we all thought. We spotted some new release Blu-ray movies at our local QFC grocery store (Seattle Area).
And to our surprise, the prices were not that bad (go figure).
Has anyone else spotted Blu-ray for sale in a grocery store near you?

$29.99 if you have your QFC rewards card.

thats insane but still cool as shit!
Neat, the next time I am at Safeway I will keep a lookout for Blu Ray titles.
Blu at Safeway or Lucky? The impulse would have to be pretty strong to pay full price at a grocery store…unless they were on a store card discount.
Buy any two “Always” products and get 50% off MSRP of Fool’s Gold. Anyone?
DVDPlay rental kiosks, which are in Safeway, Albertsons and Krogers, are doing some Blu-Ray titles starting this month, and I’m more of a renter than a buyer so that works better for me, especially since I haven’t gotten the hang of my new PS3 yet. I just saw Untraceable on the Blu-Ray that I got from that kiosk and it was pretty sweet.
