Deal: HD DVD Blowout
While many might have seen this coming — few remaining supporters of HD DVD will be able to turn this deal down. Not every title is spectacular, but for $6 who can turn a blind eye?
Most of the titles are Universal titles — still no sign if these titles will ultimately be remastered and given the lossless treatment - ala, DTS: MA audio.
But, for the time being however, $6 isn’t half bad for a number of “coveted” Universal titles — despite the fact that they’ll eventually be released on BD.
It’s worth noting that the site is experiencing a great deal of difficulties, given the heavy traffic, but with any luck the site should overcome the demand and make it possible for random people to take part in the festivities!

I must say, I was pretty happy making business with inetvideo.com multiple times. It seems to have come out of no where and with great deals.. I made several purchases to add to my collection, well over $100 seeing that they even had free shipping recently..
I’d keep my eyes on this one.
I don’t think that there are only a “few” remaining HD DVD supporters, but probably over a million (or at the very least, hundreds of thousands), judging from the enormous popularity of such sales.
It is too bad that Universal didn’t use lossless more often.
