According to one of new “Amazon Meters”, the Blu-ray version of “The Dark Knight” has accounted for 38% of the film’s sales on Amazon.com This is based on the all time sales numbers for each version of the film.
This is not that unexpected, since the Blu-ray version was the best selling DVD on Amazon most of last week. One could argue that Blu-ray owners are more likely to buy from Amazon, as dvd discounts are not as steep as the Blu-ray version on most movies.
I still think that this is a notable number, pending the Nielsen Videoscan numbers for last week.

Gotta love it. I’m still waiting to see when TDK hits 1,000,000 BD sales. I’ve read that Iron Man is very close as well. Bit of a tortoise and the hare race on that one. (Iron Man has been inching towards 1 mil for a couple monhts, and TDK is racing there)
The short answer is yes and then some…
