Roku Netflix Box Selling Like Hotcakes

It’s been a month since the Roku/Netflix box debuted, and according to the suits, consumers are welcoming the box with open arms. Demand is both steady, and fairly voluminous — with “thousands” of replacement shipments arriving weekly.
Reportedly, there’s even a back order of up to two weeks on the unit — though we were unable to confirm this just short of placing an order online through Roku’s product page.
Naturally, this is promising for both Netflix and Roku, but we here at FWC would love to get our hands on the actual figures of shipped/sold units to date. Only then would it become clear just how popular this “hot item” really is.
In truth, we imagine that many consumers — like ourselves — are simply holding onto their “hundo” until the day that Netflix debuts HD “Instant Queue” content, thereby fulfilling Roku’s destiny as your very own HD On-Demand Portal to Netflix’s ever-expanding library.

Better yet FWC needs to be supplied a copy for your to Review!
well the actual product rather and some free rentals would be nice of them for doing a hardware / service Review…
This is pretty useless for me since I have two boxes in my rack that allow me to rent movies for a external server.
HD is a must.
I can imagine HD Amazon Unbox plus TiVo HD being a nice pairing.
Though they need to be careful with the time limits and stuff with larger downloads…
HD Downloads would be a great way to catch missed episodes of shows or for movies you care a little less about…
