In this edition of “Sunday Ad Wars“, Transformers makes a big splash on HD DVD ($29.99 @ both BB & CC). Circuit City is offering the new Samsung BD-P1400 for $499.99 (MSRP). Best Buy is showing the Sony BDP-S300 for $499.99 (MSRP). Both the Samsung and the Sony include the 5 free discs offer (via mail). Also this week is the Disney “Buy one get one free” Blu-ray disc offer (selected titles). Circuit City is also showing the Toshiba T5250 HD DVD equipped 17″ laptop computer for $1049.99 (includes 5 free HD DVDs by mail).
