Toshiba has released a firmware update for it’s 2nd generation HD DVD players (HD-A2,HD-A20,HD-XA2). The version 2.1 firmware is available for download via the Toshiba Canada website located here. It is unknown what this update does, so we suggest letting the die hards on avsforum be the guinea pigs.
