Home Media Retailing is reporting that Questar, the distributor of the Rudy Maxa PBS travelogues, will release three titles on Blu-ray disc either late this year or early 2008. Two of the titles to be released are Rudy Maxa’s Europe To The Max and The Enchanted Pacific To The Max. Questar chairman Albert Nader said “We’ve been a Sony customer for about 15 years. We like their technology. We like their service. We don’t have anything against (HD-DVD).”

Nader said Questar is making the move because more high-def players will be in the market after the holiday season and that nature and travels shows are ideal for showing off High Definition displays.
